I mean there are 2 possibilities at this point one, he is some how related to Im or an world noble the second one is that he and bb are twins and that is what the wg took from treasure island or pirate Island. It was said by a marine that maybe they went to far with what they took from there. Also BB and Buggy might be clones of xebec as colonning is not something new. They tried in the past to clone ancient giants.
