SakazOukiShort answer yes
Long answer, what are you trying to do with your diet, and whats the rest of your calories intake
Also what’s your weight, do you workout
DarkestKnightofSpoilersfor every kg Bodyweight 1,5-2 gramms of protein if you train and try to build muscle.
Example : 80 kg person needs 160 gram of protein if you go with 2 gram.
80x2
You need 200 gram if you weigh 100 kg.
SakazOukiThat’s probably overkill tbh @DarkestKnightofSpoilers
2g of protein per kg muscle is a good start, as long as they are quality proteins
Plant based protein goes in the trash

I've been training naturally for over 5 years by myself with no trainer, and I used to eat around 100 grams of protein as kidney diseases run hereditary in our family.
But recently I've been training under this trainer who compete naturally, and told me to eat 2.2 to 2.5 gram of protein per kg
Midnight DelightTo be honest you should check out your body composition , at a professional
One you find out how much muscle Mass you have, eat like 1.5 Gram Protein per KG muscle and check the results, if it's not enough after a month do 2 gram
