TheKnightOfTheSeahe's pretty much better Radahn in almost every singleway
EmperorKinyagiIn SOTE the final boss feels random and everything else feels mostly planned. In overture the final boss is extremely built up and everything along the way feels random lol. It’s like the exact opposite presentation
Elder Lee HungElden Ring is shit in every way, no amount of cope will ever change that the final boss should have been Miquella and Godwyn
EmperorKinyagiI think the only thing PCR has on Arlecchino is music @TheKnightOfTheSea
SOTE > Overture just for the price ($40 for 11 main bosses vs $30 for 4 main bosses) but Arlecchino is probably the best boss out of both
EmperorKinyagiId probably have overture over most fromsoft DLCs if it was 15-20$ tbh
mmdIn terms of the balance of the bosses and the reasonableness of their power levels, Sekiro is still the best for me. But Elden Ring is a bigger and better work than Lies of p for me.
EmperorKinyagiOld Hunters is definitely the best out of any soulslike DLC. I can’t think of any other game that is carried by its DLC the way Bloodborne is
mmdI've never played Bloodborne, but the second DLC for Dark Souls 3 is still challenging for me.
EmperorKinyagiIf I were ranking fromsoft DLCs with overture it probably goes something like
1. Old Hunters
2. Ringed City
3. SOTE
4. Overture
5. Artorias of the Abyss
6. DS2 DLCs (iron king is the best)
7. Ashes of Ariandel
None of them are bad though, the main thing affecting my ranking is the price. I feel like if I spent full price on AoA I would feel scammed
mmdThe Lies DLC was interesting to me because of the soundtrack and the final Boss
And for my peers, the Pinocchio story was a nice nostalgic treat.
Consort Radahn genuinely has one of the only 5 good osts in ER. Lies of P has mid boss soundtrscks but stuff like Feel are great
EmperorKinyagiMost SOTE OSTs are great imo
Nightreign OSTs are fire too
base game is a mixed bag
TheKnightOfTheSeaI prefer Overture over Rigged City. I also felt like Overture's length was pretty long. Also it didn't feel random to me. Every area tells the story of Carlo, his family, Romeo and Lea
