Which ending did you choose?

I did both but my first choice was verso ending, i think the maelle ending is really cruel lol

Verso ending was my first choice as well, I couldn't let bro down after everything what happened. Maelle also needed her closure and thus, that's the ending I always prefer over the other one.

Yeah also at the final act it seems they got over versso pretty good and had somewhat "Happy" ending. Although i believe people in the canvas are real, they are not real enough to be worth saving over the REAL world familys

I thought the canvas people were real until it was revealed they all existed within a single canvas.
So Idk how real they are but I saw the soul of a real person suffering for more than 100 years within the canvas, subconsciously continuing to paint until Canvas Verso put a stop to it.
I've read many debates about it and although I understand both sides, I still believe it's the right choice the family finally-

Heck, Renoir was also suffering from this as well. He certainly didn't want to erase the precious things of his deceased son as well but he had no choice. His family was crumbling apart and Renoir needed to make a choice.
