DC is not end all be all and WB's DF can not destroy the world obviously. It is metaphorical. It peaks at shaking and tilting islands.

I still think Kaido has better haki feats, even Gaban was scared to visit Wano who was Roger's equal.

Wb's fruit is stronger but if you were to choose i'd pick Kaido's tbh
With the quake fruit you can still get blitzed or sniped if you aren't careful but the dragon fruit makes anyone that isn't like top 30 in the verse incapable of doing much damage to you.
