What many people miss is that flame dragon torch is a mode and not an attack. Rising dragon is one of the attack of the mode which he used against bajrung gun. Talking about luffy , he hasn't shown anything close to bajrung gun for now. Flame bagua can be considered PK level in that way. Kaido also has best of on panel feats now bar joyboy's haki feat and imu's hax abilities.

Imo Kaido does not have awakening for the same reason Yamato does not have awakening, he would be way too strong
