1. Killer still had one weapon, he was far from unarmed.
2. Zoro fought for an extended period with Killer before the Oni Giri and could do absolutely nothing to it.
3. I don't read much into the named attack, as the fight was off paneled, we don't know if Nitoryu Zoro used named attacks vs Killer (why wouldn't he?)
