@Kizaruber Eats it kind of does to me. I made a thread, your Haki growth is linear to your DF growth and both of them resonate to each other.
Ace haki was strong and hence hus fruit effect was strengthened accordingly, which changed the climate.
We had Shanks in the same island but no change due to his haki lol.
Same goes with Law and kidd. Their growth with their DF might be shown in terms of Haki later on.
