@RayanOO The odd thing is, as Commander-in-Chief, he is the most powerful man in the entirety of the World Government who isn't a World Noble. The Marines, Cipher Pol, the Warlords, special staff like Impel Down, even theoretically the individual guards of each WG kingdom.
