CineraOne Piece magazine Volume 5 specifically talks about Kaido being an Eastern Dragon and mentions now that Zoro is in Ryuma['s homeland Wano, the possibility that a new legend of slaying an Eastern Dragon might be born.
CineraZoro forged a bond with Yasuie and at his execution he specifically mentioned that for 20 years no one has been able to take Kaido's head. The panel where he did so was mentioned over Zoro's head.
