Enma is one of only two swords to give Kaido his single (and quite grievous scar) and the only sword specifically to be hyped for doing so.

Zoro has received the sword (with an Editor's comment of "inherited will"), tamed the blade and is set to surpass Oden by accomplishing that which Oden could not perform (blackening Enma).

I'm really not a fan of forced parallels like this. It's Oda's thing though, so your prediction is possible.

One Piece magazine Volume 5 specifically talks about Kaido being an Eastern Dragon and mentions now that Zoro is in Ryuma['s homeland Wano, the possibility that a new legend of slaying an Eastern Dragon might be born.

Zoro forged a bond with Yasuie and at his execution he specifically mentioned that for 20 years no one has been able to take Kaido's head. The panel where he did so was mentioned over Zoro's head.

The Tiger vs Dragon is a very iconic concept in Eastern mythology. Kaido is clearly an Eastern Dragon and Zoro has been depicted as a tiger on several occasions.
