Toby D. DogI lived in Spain for 3 years. I already had pretty strong ties to the country and I'm ethnically Spanish for the most part so it was not that difficult to adapt. However, it is always difficult to adapt 100%. As long as your accent and lived experiences are different, you will always be a bit of an outsider.
Don't get me wrong tho. I want to go back at some point.
