Spandam was unique and had that slimy villainous touch, I appreciated Oda doing that instead of having another suave villain like God Enel or Crocomom.

Unique in One Piece yes, but likelable? Iirc Spandam was a one dimensional character, he wasn't smart neither strong, nor showed likeable traits as being charismatic like Mingo or Blackbeard. When I think of him, he's the typical dumbfuck of a villain who had too much authority. He was pretty much predistinated to be unlikeable.

Spandam was a goof, I'm not exactly saying he's in my top 20. But I liked the different approach he had as opposed to Crocodile or God Enel. I like Orochi in the same way, though he's a lot more devious and I can respect his decisions. Feeding poor people smiles? I love that shit lmao.

I was considering Doffy but since you've got that, I need to go original. Big fan of paleontology and prehistoric life, so King being a pterosaur is all cool for me. I'm banking on King being cool instead of a Katakuri copy.
