Jew D. BoyTherapy, exercise, distractions like TV/movies/music/books/any hobby...pretty much anything at all is better than gritting your teeth and bearing it, that’s the only wrong answer. Hell, sometimes calling a friend or taking an aimless drive is all it takes to come out of an episode.
@Jew D. Boy that's true..i never talk to anyone when it comes to me being depressed because i dont wanna bother them with my problems..so i isolate myself pretty much

Jew D. BoyBro, there’s absolutely no shame in that...for the longest time, I handled my depression the same way. I promise, if the people in your life really care about you, they won’t make you feel like a burden in any way. They want you to feel better no matter what.

FinalbetaIn general anime did save me countless times for real, no matter how trivial it may sound. But it might not suffice alone.

The only strong way is to go for a life change.
SethAlcohol, watching/reading stuff and a lot of other things.
Everything seems to be okay until I walk into my Boss and he scolds me for some random shit.

Tobrado or watch things that you had interest in at some point but never did it e.g. eating meals you don’t usually eat go for walks or go swimming (that might be hard with current pandemic) keep in mind i’m not a therapist
