Of course bounties aren't the end all be all of power scaling portrayal, but they are non zero evidence I think. So I would update my placement of Mihawk based on it.

If I was to guess at Mihawk's updated bounty, I would guess at the $1.5B - $2B range. I'm sceptical Mihawk would have a bounty surpassing a Yonkou, and I'm sceptical he would get a bounty in the YC1 (or below) level(s). That said, there is some leeway to be had as e.g Zoro's current bounty probably underrates him.

One good thing is that Mihawk's bounty is up to date, so wherever it's at now, it's the World Government's assessment of his threat level.
