My headcanon for All Might is very strong.

Maybe I went too far with Above Dragon but I think Prime AFO and Might fight could easily take out few cities in the result.

No one was even close to Prime Might from the Heroes we know.

It was always All Might vs Villains and then rest of the Top 10 doing stuff around it.

Eh, Dragon level is probably a safe assumption, but anything above that should be taken with caution lmfao.

Above Dragon is a very high power level that very very few fit in, and even then it's a spectrum. Regular Orochi is Above Dragon, yet nowhere near Psykorochi, who is also an above dragon.

@BigChungus2018 the faster MHA characters are actually still above normal humans. Characters like Shigaraki can consistently react to FTE attacks, so the MHA high and top tiers are still superhuman in speed. But I really don’t know shit about speed scaling and need to educate myself lol.
