I don't actually seriously say Shanks Haki is nothing. Idk about CoC depending on Oda's plans for it, he definitely has very strong armament Haki, he should know barrier and penetration CoA like Rayleigh. @Natalija

I only say that when Shanks fans start pushing "Haki man not a swordsman" nonsense to troll

Though I would say Shanks has top 2, top 3 potential.
Only person I won't put Shanks ahead of, unless something very concrete from Oda says otherwise, is Mihawk because of not just the title but their own inner conflict. Mihawk has literally lost the will to fight because only man to match him has lost his arm and is not what he used to be.
