Katakuri can deflect Bound Man level attacks at best and his finisher is at best basic Bound Man level (Zangiri Mochi) but he sure is not comparable to Bound Man strength-wise.

I think they are simply scaling the Commanders on Prime Chinjao level who split an ice island. Tbh, that's the only thing they can get scaled to.

which is kinda stupid, that feat is wonky as hell and like the Katakuri example, not every commander is a brute powerhouse, Marco is mostly about regen and speed.
