Dude, Oklahoma is a weird place...not quite part of the South, not really Midwest...just a place where guys like Joe Exotic can thrive and be as absolutely insane/bizarre as they want with no consequences. Most of America outside of NYC/LA is like that, to be honest.

I never heard of joe exotic except he contested for president and john oliver gave him minor coverage . The true story is indane you know the wild wild west thing is not fictious thing.
