Oh damn... do you take meds for that? They really help get one through a Zoro-less period. WCI for example would've been much better if viewed through the lens of half a bottle of antidepressants or alternatively, a good healthy dose of hallucinogens.

I don't actually take meds. There's still a lot of stigma, misinformation and superstition associated with mental health issues here, so unless it got really bad, I would probably not be treating it.
