Queen is so entertaining. The guy is completely off his rocker. And I'm starting to see more of a rock motif. Perhaps his name "Queen" is more in reference to the band of the same name. Even his lips are characteristic of "Kiss" than Okama. And he basks in glory in front of an audience. Queen has had the largest presence among the Calamities because he is an attention seeker through, and through.

Gyukimaru's recount of Ryuma's life gives me vibes of a manga premise/synopsis. Like in an alternate reality where "Monsters" became the serialized manga by Oda, following the adventures of the Samurai Ryuma. His protection of Wano sounds like the kind of scenario that could form the basis of a final arc.
