CineraThat might be the case. I'm still in a bit of powerscaling shock from the last chapter, I'm less confident in many of my earlier takes given what Oda did in the recent chapters. I'm mainly adopting a wait and see approach for now I think.

Formerly SethFor a second I was hoping that Jo wrote this. NVM.
Elder Lee HungYeah bro, Kaido getting ran through by Okiku legit bumped Kaido down a few pegs for me.
FujishiroIf you mean the scabbards stabbing kaido, it has been established that if you have the correct haki technique you can hurt him, so i dont understand why people feel its incomprehensible, oda explained it multiple times. Unless you mean something else. @Admiral Lee Hung why? Are you saying we should disgregard what oda says if it doesnt fit our preconceived notions? She stabbed him cause she had ryuo
FujishiroBut since she lacked the ap it only amounted to a needle prick. Kaido wasnt defending with haki either, so they ignored his dura and stabbed him. Its akin to piercing normal hakiless skin, everyone can get stabbed like that. Heck WB was getting stabbed left and right, other characters too if the same situation applied. It doesnt change anything for me tbh. Man was also drunk and got taken by surprise in his home turf
FujishiroPlus was taken aback by Oden suddenly appearing in his face for a sec, allowing the scabbard to stab him and their combined ryuo attack amounted to a needle prick in his hand and some bleeding from the mouth, aokiji was made to bleed by one attack from jozu. No one said kaido is unhurtable, its been established he can be hurt, so yeah i dont understand whats the big deal, if you could enlighten me i would appreciate
Elder Lee Hung@Fujishiro exactly. You can injure Kaido if you have Ryou, which SEVERAL top tiers have, much stronger than Okiku. Kaido’s greatest hype is his durability but I guarantee you Akainu will have 0 trouble blowing holes in him.
