Considering I do not think much of Kisui as a dualist, Gyou’Un would actually be capable of one shotting him in my opinion.
It is even rumored that when mighty Gyou’Un sama exercises, he does not actually push himself up but he in fact pushes the Earth down. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
