Its the spirit particles which make up the souls, soul reapers, hollows. Its also what the soul society and Hueco Mundo are composed of. Certain species like the quincies can manipulate the reishi and bend it to their will to use it as weapons or energy. Uryuu uses this in his fight against Mayuri.

Reiatsu is the spiritual pressure which soul reapers and hollows can utilize. The higher the spiritual pressure the stronger someone is, Yamamoto was able to knock out nanao with just his spiritual pressure, Aizen has the highest spiritual pressure in the series, it also allows people to nullify attacks, for example soi fon hit Aizen with her Shikai which is a 2 shot kill but Aizen nullified it.

That should be the Urahara and Askin fight I believe, it's a great fight with an unexpected ending ;). What did you think of the Mayuri and Pernida fight? Can't believe Kubo made a fight with a giant hand one of the best of the series.

yes the ending of mayuri vs pernida fight. im looking at pernida like "wtf is this" lol

The Pernida fight is definitely unique and memorable. Probably my fav fight of the final arc.
