FinalbetaI once went to train myself in a gym called "Vegeta" lmfao. I miss those times. Now I lift some dumbbells at home at best. But I prefer cardio, less expensive when it comes to energy spending, also the most beneficial to improve health. For example the most effective to lower your resting heart rate. That's resistance training, or also called endurance.
