The ancient rough hand drawn animation is a part of the draw IMO. Simply one of the deepest most beautiful anime /manga you could experience. The true journey from being a delinquent to finding your life’s true love and purpose. And extremely funny, charming, and inspirational. One of the best main character casts of all time.

100% recommend it and no doubt you’ll absolutely love it. Watch the anime because the voice acting and OSTs are amazing, then read the last arc in the manga.

The anime itself is great, but it stops before the last arc, which is my fav arc btw. But feel free to hate it if u do, don’t let ur friends telling u how good it is force urself to like it lol

Don’t trust anybody else’s taste, it’s subjective. But I believe there are series that most people will enjoy. Slam Dunk is pretty much #1 on the list lol
