The problem with Law being YC1.5 is exactly that we don't even have confirmation of Doffy being that powerful, despite we have elements to affirm he could be.
Is Law already fresh Doffy level? Hardly any chance if we consider he didn't undertake a training to attain advanced CoA/haki in general and even a Base Doffy had pretty much mid diffed him on Dressrosa.
