I think Dark Souls’ story is one of the greatest video game stories ever told, and for me was revolutionary for video games. Sekiro’s story was very high quality but I technically have to rank it beneath Dark Souls because it takes heavy inspiration from Dark Souls lol.

I think Dark Souls 3 literally perfected Miyazaki’s vision for what combat/difficulty in a video game should feel like, and you can approach the game using a wide variety of different builds and character types.
Sekiro is perfected too but you can only approach that game one way, as a Shinobi, but the prosthetics do add variety.

I haven’t played Bloodborne yet but I really really want to. DS2 looks like crap, and I have no interest in Demon Souls.
