Drake (like Killer) was able to hold his own against a casual Nitoryu Zoro. Considering Kyoshiro looked more impressive against a bloodlusted Nitoryu Zoro, Drake is probably weaker than Kyoshiro and likely caps at the upper end of low high tier (or perhaps bottom of mid high tier).
It should be noted that Drake was in base during his exchange with Zoro, so his Hybrid form may yet elevate him further.

Kaido hyping up the Sulong Dukes and how quickly they made work of Jack suggests they're near the top of mid high tier range. This assumes that one of them could take out Jack by themselves.

Kinemon cleaving Kaido's flames is pretty cool. I feel like I would have to revise Kinemon upwards due to his displays in the raid.

Sanji is really hammering in to Luffy the need to conserve his strength for the battle with Kaido. Interesting how Sanji himself doesn't seem to intend to participate.

Marco seemed to be able to somewhat hold his own against Big Mom. It's interesting that she actually ran away from a confrontation because she didn't have any souls available to face him with.

Aah, and confirmation that Yamato is a carnivorous zoan as well. Given how impressive she's been in base (already a high tier), she should be a mid high tier (on par with the Queen and Jack) when aided by her DF.

Zoro blitzing Apoo once he got serious, then blitzing Queen with an air slash was all the hype.
His rage causing an earthquake and scaring a Yonkou Commander 2 was also appreciated. It's looking ever more likely that Zoro will demonstrate COC.
