The whole process sucked from start to finish, but at least it culminated in me not having to live in a fucking apartment anymore 😏

My deciding factor to purchase is because my mortgage would be half of what typical rent is in my area. Also my home is larger than what I could rent for double the cost. You have to live somewhere, might as well gain ownership to something if possible.
