ZemmiDo not know tbh, but I also torn my rotator cuff. Pretty sure they both are from pushing myself too hard when working out. It's the knee that is the problem because I can't stand for too long, but I can't sit for too long either, without it becoming unbearable.
NatalijaThat sounds like a nightmare, I hope the doctor helps :O I've also injured my knee, and tbh it never returned to normal
ZemmiThat's what I hear. I also think since it has been injured I have hurt different parts of my legs since I adjusted to a new way of walking with that leg to reduce the pain in the knee. Now I'm having muscle pains, in my calf, thigh and foot along with it but those are still more manageable then the knee.
