I think Santoryu Zoro is on that border between peak high tier and bottom top tier. I expect him to gain better feats during the battle and justify low top tier placement.

Kidd's blows damaging Kaido suggests that he has better AP than Pre Udon Boundman. It's not implausible that Kidd beats that version.

I have been conservative with Law and Killer (it's not implausible that they've been taken out already). I doubt I would lower my rating of them, but depending on how they perform, I might raise it.

Agree with your list however I wait for Luffy and Zoro, since im sure both showing soon their full power, but overall looking good.

Depends on how Zoro deals with Big Mom’s Lightning. Having low top tier attack power doesn’t necessarily make you low top tier by itself. Zoro looked like he took pretty bad damage from Big Mom’s lightning.
