I don't really support all these assumptions in Katakuri's favour. I'm not really convinced that Kata wins this match, just that it is plausible for him to win.

All the other High High Tiers (King, Marco, DR Mera Sabo) use fire abilities and also lack the means to deal with Zoro's offense. Zoro's victory seems less doubtful in these cases.

Anyway, if Zoro lands a hit on katakuri, it’s over. Problem is, Katakuri is unlikely to give Zoro any openings and will just be an extremely difficult opponent for him to actually fight against. Could go either way but Katakuri still holds the advantage.
