You don't generally have one combatant so strong that everyone acknowledges they can take on the rest of the world together.

@LuthonTheDragDown: Sukuna has never been built up as greater than Gojo though. Even in the manga, his hype has never once exceeded Gojo's. Hell, at multiple times, the author has gone out of his way to tell us that Gojo is indeed stronger.

Sukuna is built up as the ultimate curse, but no one in the manga acts like a full power Sukuna is beyond Gojo.

The author said Gojo is too powerful for the current story. But 20 finger Sukuna isn't in the current story. The author said Gojo is the strongest in JJK. But is this strongest CURRENTLY or strongest ALL TIME? W/o more context, these statements literally don't mean anything for this debate.
