Orochi for sure, his myth df basically requires somebody to slice his head so that he can show the true power of his df (that or Oda simply teased us with an interesting df we will never see in action). Kanjuro was dealt with swiftly once discovered, maybe he will come back with Orochi or maybe not. Knowing Oda they could also become allies vs Kaido (a bit like Caesar).

Orochi has 99% chance of coming back. Kanjuro I am less sure but if he was killed off screen like that, this is a shame.
