Interesting question. They do have that same kind of eyes, don't they?
But in all fairness, if Imu is really from the Void Century then the chance of it is really slim if not at all. We'll have to wait a bit.
But again, if I am to be biased, Imu's thrones are surrounded by the swords from the original creators of the current world, and the fact that he did some cutting might prove he knows swordmanship.

That turned out long, I had a spark actually ahaha.
Anyway, to continue on with my biased view, the original leaders who led the war against the Lost Kingdom are all swordmen because they possessed swords. And we know that in time of wars, leaders are usually strong, especially so in shonen. So the fact that they pledged their allegiance to Imu can be because Imu is the strongest swordman among them.

Hm interesting, I forgot about Zunisha. About controling the devil fruits, I'm not sure, I meant if he can do that then how will Luffy beat him?
Or the Will of D will be the key in opposing his brainwashing power? But if that the case then that will eleminate the chance of other helping Luffy revolting against Imu.

the D it's very clear than they was created the fruit debil can be another family (imu and mihawk) awaken power to control them. Can be mihawk it's spy and he is imu student (shanks was recruit by Mihawk in the past).

It'd be damn right doubtful if the Ds who created the devil fruits to be defeated. And it's weird if the devil fruits are manmade. I meant this is the fruits that can regrow anywhere once its previous user's died. About CoC protecting others, we haven't seen any signs of it being capable of that feat yet.

And CoC is the manifestation of conquering will, so protecting doesn't seem fitting imo, but why not, since we still haven't know much about that category.

Back to the subject, Big Mom mentioned that one race has been lost to time. But what if Imu is the last "survivor" of that race? If so then is Mihawk his descendant or Imu's abandonned child or something along the line? Anyway it's hard to make the link between the two at this point.

Btw back then, you mentioned Zunisha, I remember something. Zunisha was able to share his view with Momo. This is interesting because Momo's family sided with the Ds, so I think we can kinda conclude that Zunisha's eyes are different. Not to mention if the wiki is not wrong, its eyes are green while Imu's red. But Imu's color is anime based so we can't be sure.
