I think I would prefer more Franky without haki, just power himself up and maybe mimic haki to his cyborg via tech and science, the same man that's using Vegapunk's tech, a true Gundam/Cyborg.
Robin and Brook are probably going to get at least basic CoO and CoA tho I believe at some point, at very least CoA.

Well Brook definitely needs it. He is a swordsman. And Robin also benefits extremely well with CoA.
On the other hand, Shogun Franky with hardening which massively boosts his AP even more is quite frightening lol.
