Bound Man destroyed Mingo on CQC, he needed to use awakening to match Bound Man with pure quantity. What makes you think base Zoro is on par with Mingo, let alone Bound Man?

Post training Zoro beats Doffy handily. Dressrosa Zoro probably loses without Asura.

Even base DD could match ISDS, KKG is island lv since it overpowered Mingo's strongest offensive and defensive technique (birdcage, a weaker technique, tanked meteors with island lv force). Hence KKG is massively above ISDS.

Bound Man would pummel base Zoro harder than base Mingo; at least base Mingo was able to dodge some attacks cause of his mobility. Zoro either has to block those attacks (which he is unable; a KG would break through his defense) or he has to dodge it which is even more difficult.
