Novel is just another level...anime really butchered it...first two seasons have very good animation....they butchered the novel since third season....they have tweaked the original story to some extent.....

@Red Dog Akeno better be in your list of best girls lol. And first two seasons made by TNK and the third season made by Passione. The third season artstyle is far worse than the first two seasons in my opinion.
