I think Current Teach is on par or a little stronger than Kuzan imo.
Mihawk being able to mid-high diff an admiral sounds possible, especially if he's Roger level or above(I personally think he's around that level, I think Mihawk's stronger than Prime Garp and Prime Rayleigh who probably aren't that far from Roger).

Yeah with latest information of Roger being bigger sword lunatic than Mihawk ever will be yet failed to make a black blade really makes argument for Roger being stronger than Mihawk null and void.

If Mihawk's stronger than Roger, he's stronger than Prime Whitebeard too. Probably below Xebec tho.

Yeah that sounds about right, I think Ryuma might be above Xebec, tho I place prime WB over Roger.
