By my calculations Zoro can probably tackle something like 15 Thunder Bagua with his defensive output before possibly fall. While Kaido would likely fail to resist to more than 10 of Zoro's best attacks in a healthy vs healthy match up. At least current feats wise.

Weakened Sanji pre TS took El Thor to the face and lived, he even taunted Enel after that. He should have been vaporized. Meanwhile after that Sanji kicked Kuma and cracked his leg. Makes no sense. Oda.makes characters strong as story dictates
