Bedrock is where the foundations of the buildings and scrapers are laid..
and the plaza's floor was made out of concrete if I'm not wrong,.. it also seemed like the roof of the chambers were basically the floor of the plaza..

evee with that luffy needed a zillion punches to really break if while zeff was hyped to do it with 1 kick (no DJ)

Bed rock isn't consistently hard.. there is soft and hard bedrock.. it was generalized that zeff could kick through it and imprint steel with his foot prints.. so I'm high balling it to the hardest bed rock.. while zeff can do that... an all out luffy with sanji's Dj and zoro's pound cannon could barely scratch a Pacifista.. even with gear 3 luffy barely managed to beat it with zoro's ashura and sanji's DJ..and -

so zeff is hyped to break the bed rock with his kick.. high balling it would be just one tier below diamond.. and we're talking about breaking it with brute force and not cutting it.. which entails tremendous strength..

If you go back to Arlong park when he fought kuroobi...and took his 100 tile punch.. kuroobi boasts that he's 40 th degree master.. snd his toughest -

-move being the 1000 tile punch.. sanji goes on to say if that punch was 40 th degree.. then the wooden leg Zeff was kicking him with the strength of 400th..ten times the strength... so old wooden leg zeff's strongest attack would have been 10 time Kurobi's which is bruh...zeff in his prime would have been a monster..

theoretically.. zeff at his peak and prime would have imprinted his leg on a Pacifica... which luffy gear 2 in combo with sanji and zoro couldn't...and this this isn't even considering whether or not he used DJ..

i mean it seem applaudable for someone who has actually been to the New world

There’s no proof he could beat a Pacifista or has went to the new world. Boa Hancock eliminated two Pacifista in three seconds. Luffy one punched a Pacifista. Imprinting a Pacifista doesn’t mean much, Zoro was able to cut Kuma himself. There is no indication prime Zeff could even defeat a Pacifista, or has any form of Haki. He’s just an East Blue Has Been.

Pacifista is basically steel and he's portrayed to imprint steel..so prime zeff was formidable
mind you this is the same old man who taught sanji the kick courses.. especially the one that flipped oars..

used ashura against ( I'm scaling zeff to pretime skip) and sanji used DJ against.. and couldn't lay a scratch.. and zeff is. supposed to. be imprinting one casually.. without DJ.. zoro cutting kuma is well easier than imprinting footprints on steeel.. From Arlong park.. Sanji already knew there was an island of fishmen .. indicating that zeff has been to fishman Island atleast..
