Internal destruction (that luffy trained for in udon) is adv CoA... Attacking without touching is adv CoC (that luffy was using in base against kaido before getting knocked out and thrown in the sea) my 2 cents. Maybe someone else can elaborate a lil bit.

two levels of adv coa
the barrier- an invisible barrier/flowing haki (without contact/ with swordsmen like kinemon its just coating their blade with ryou )

think of adv coc as something that amplifies what luffy already has with coa to a greater extent. when using coc he is still using adv coa.
