Besides, Ashura is Zoro ultimate move. So he won't use it unless as a last resort. And in fighting, obviously will be injured. No matter how you look there won't be 'healthy' ashura. Nor Ashura attack power will decrease. You expect Zoro to use his ultimate move without injuries in battle. Dumbass arguments you people ever make.

Devil fruit consume user energy. So, physical really matters. Didn't usage of G2, G3, G4 take a toll on user body? G4 side effects are what? Didn't Luffy lose just haki but why does he look like he lost everything? Also graded swords are equivalent to devil fruit. It is not as if one piece follows physics strictly.
