Sanji fought some dudes and got sneak attacked by Pearl so he was really hurt, Sanji vs Gin looked like a pretty even match-up, with Gin coming out at the top but Sanji had feed him at some moment. I think Sanji would win if he was 100%

Ghin feels like the sort of guy Zoro would handle.

Problem with Ghin was that Zoro was too strong for him and Sanji was too weak. Zoro at that moment while suppressed was equal to Luffy who was good deal stronger than Don Krieg.
Mean while Ghin was some what weaker so he would have been low/mid diff fight for Zoro
