Great list, only comments is that I would replace Man"U with someone like Gouhoumei. Man'U is a moron lol. and I'd put Moubu over Karin.
Also, Renpa is below Riboku. Riboku was called the "Strongest Heaven in History" by Gyou'un, someone who fought alongside Prime Renpa.. Riboku was also described as unprecedented by Ouki, someone who is portrayed evenly with Renpa.

Won't comment on Ousen over Riboku because I think both are too close to tell.
I would probably put Shibashou over Tou/Yotanwa too.
Where would you put Shouheikun on your list btw? Imo, he's at least above Tou, Yotanwa and Shibashou.
