No, but that doesn’t matter. Marco can’t deal with Sanjis durability now. Unless Sanji is facing CoC users with AdCoC, or ridiculously strong CoA users, very few can tango with him now

I think that he could be considered "YC1" level. Maybe he can't beat the other YC1, but they would have a very difficult fight against him (at least Marco and Kata). Just like @General Duke Hyuo said, one more AP boost and he would overcome some of the YC1.

The next AP Boost Sanji needs, has to be of significant worth to place him as a YC1. Sanji is above all YC2’s imo. So above Queen, Jozu, Smoothie, Laffite/Pizarro?¿
But against YC1s like King, Kat, Shiryu, Sanji stands lesser chance. I think all them take him down High Diff. With Kat, it’s Sanjis W if he unlocks FS.
