Yamato did nothing to Kaido. Using advCoC by her surely puts her above a lot of people but mind you that it seems pre advCoC Zoro put a scar on Kaido. Imagine if Zoro used advCoC on the roof and didn't have to take Hakai and protect Luffy few times.
