Roger was the freest man on the sea, fought WB to a standstill, fought Garp, fought Shikoku, beat Xebec, first PK, straw hat, monster will, it was his era, started the golden age of piracy, Ace father etc etc etc etc etc etc etc
Roger is THE Man. Mihawk has no chance at all.
