I think Cracker is slightly stronger than Doflamingo, but I place both at YC3 level. I wouldn't be surprised if Doflamingo gets new feats that make me place him at YC2 level. But yeah, I was very excited when he finally got his own arc. Katakuri wasn't even the boss of Whole Cake Island; he just served as a proxy for the actual one: his mama.
