I scale King of Hell Zoro to Prime Rayleigh/Oden though. Both of them would beat Hybrid Kaido based on his disappointing performance.

@Fujishiro: offensive prowess wise, yes. Luffy cannot afford to be trading blows with Zoro the way he was with Kaido.

That said, in a tier list I place Zoro and Luffy in the same tier.
Luffy's stamina is arguably better than Zoro. And offensive prowess isn't all there is to a fight.
